Article 2. Definitions

Key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:


  1. Member: A user who agrees to the site’s terms, provides personal information, completes membership registration, enters into a use contract with the site, and uses the site.

  2. Use Contract: A contract concluded between the site and a member in relation to site use.

  3. Member ID (“ID”): A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned per member for identification and service use.

  4. Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to verify the member who holds the assigned ID and to protect the member’s rights and interests.

  5. Operator: The administrator who opens and runs the website to provide the service.

  6. Termination: The act by which a member cancels the use contract.

Article 3. Matters Not Specified

If necessary, the Operator may separately announce operating policies.

Where these Terms and the operating policy overlap, the operating policy takes precedence.

Article 4. Formation of the Use Contract

  1. The use contract is formed when a person who wishes to use the site as a member agrees to these Terms and the Operator accepts the application for membership.

  2. A person who wishes to register as a member is deemed to express consent to these Terms by reading them during sign-up and selecting “I agree.”

Article 5. Application for Service Use

  1. A user who wishes to use the site as a registered member must provide the information requested by the site (user ID, password, nickname, etc.).

  2. A member who registers information that is not genuine—such as stealing another person’s information or entering false information—may not assert any rights in relation to use of the site and may be punished under applicable laws.

Article 6. Privacy Policy

The site and the Operator do not hold members’ passwords among the personal information provided at sign-up,

and matters related thereto follow the site’s Privacy Policy.
The Operator endeavors to protect members’ personal information, including registration data, as prescribed by law.
Protection of members’ personal information follows applicable laws and the site’s Privacy Policy.
However, the Operator bears no responsibility for information disclosed due to reasons attributable to the member.
If a member posts or distributes unlawful content such as material that harms public morals or national security,

the Operator may, upon request from the relevant authorities, view the member’s data and submit such data to the authorities.

Article 7. Duties of the Operator

  1. Where opinions or complaints raised by user-members are deemed justified, the Operator will handle them as quickly as possible. If prompt handling is difficult due to personal circumstances, the Operator will do its best by later posting a notice or sending a note/email to the user-member.

  2. To provide continuous and stable service, the Operator may require the site to promptly repair or restore facilities when there is a failure or loss. However, if there are unavoidable reasons such as force majeure or other reasons attributable to the site or the Operator, site operations may be suspended temporarily.

Article 8. Duties of Members

  1. Members must comply with these Terms, the site’s rules, notices, operating policies announced by the site, and applicable laws. Members must not engage in acts that interfere with the site’s business or damage the site’s reputation.

  2. Unless expressly authorized by the site, members may not transfer or gift the right to use the service or their contractual status to a third party, nor provide them as collateral.

  3. Users must exercise due care in managing their IDs and passwords and may not, without the consent of the Operator or the site, allow a third party to use their IDs.

  4. Members must not infringe the intellectual property rights of the Operator, the site, or any third party.

Article 9. Service Hours

  1. Unless there is a particular business or technical obstacle, the service is, in principle, available 24 hours a day, year-round. However, the site may temporarily suspend service on dates or at times designated by the site for regular system inspection, expansion, or replacement; planned suspensions will be announced in advance on the site’s homepage.

  2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the site may, without prior notice, temporarily or permanently suspend service in the following cases: urgent system inspection, expansion, replacement, failure or malfunction; force majeure such as national emergency, power outage, or natural disaster; when a common carrier under the Telecommunications Business Act suspends service; or when service overload hinders normal service use.

  3. In the event of a suspension under the preceding paragraphs, the site will notify members through notices, etc., in advance. If advance notice is impossible due to reasons beyond the site’s control, notice may be given afterward.

Article 10. Termination of Service Use

  1. A member who wishes to terminate the use contract with the site must submit a deregistration request online personally. Note that termination of site use is separate from any termination of other use contracts with the site.

  2. Upon submitting a termination request, programs related to the site provided by the site are automatically deleted from the member-management screen, and the Operator can no longer view the applicant’s information.

Article 11. Restrictions on Service Use

Members must not engage in any of the following acts. If they do, the site may restrict service use and take lawful measures, terminate the use contract, or suspend service for a set period.

  1. Registering false information at sign-up or when changing member information

  2. Interfering with another person’s use of the site or stealing information

  3. Impersonating the site’s administrators, employees, or related persons

  4. Infringing the personality or intellectual property rights of the site or any third party, or interfering with business

  5. Illicitly using another member’s ID

  6. Collecting, storing, or disclosing another member’s personal information without consent

  7. Acts objectively deemed to be connected with a crime

  8. Any other acts in violation of applicable laws and regulations

Article 12. Management of Posts

  1. Responsibility for managing and operating posts and materials on the site lies with the Operator. The Operator must constantly monitor for inappropriate posts or materials; upon discovering or receiving a report of such, the Operator will delete them and warn the posting member. Users are responsible for their own posts, and members must not post content that violates these Terms.

  2. Where public agencies such as the Korea Communications Standards Commission request corrective action, the Operator may delete or move a post without the member’s prior consent.

  3. Criteria for determining inappropriate posts include:
    – Content that severely insults or defames other members or third parties
    – Content that disseminates or links to material violating public order and good morals
    – Content that encourages illegal copying or hacking
    – Advertisements for profit
    – Content objectively recognized as connected with a crime
    – Content infringing copyrights or other rights of other users or third parties
    – Any other content deemed to violate applicable laws

  4. If the Operator receives a request from a third party to suspend posting (or transmission) on the grounds of defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, or similar rights, the Operator may temporarily suspend the post. If litigation, settlement, or a comparable decision by a relevant institution occurs between the requester and the poster and is submitted to the site, the site will follow it

Article 15. Damages

  1. All civil and criminal liability arising on this site lies primarily with the member.

  2. The site is not liable for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, or caused by the member’s intentional act or negligence.

Article 16. Disclaimer

  1. The Operator is exempt from liability where a member fails to obtain expected benefits from the provision of services or suffers damage due to selection or use of service data.

  2. The Operator is exempt from liability where service disruptions arise from the service infrastructure of this site or from telecommunications services provided by another carrier; damages related to the service infrastructure follow these Terms of Use.

  3. The Operator bears no responsibility for materials stored, posted, or transmitted by members.

  4. The Operator is not responsible for service failures caused by reasons attributable to the member.

  5. The Operator is not responsible for any activities—whether within or outside the service—between members, between a member and a third party, or any activities of members (including data transmission and other community activities).

  6. The Operator is not responsible for the authenticity, reliability, or accuracy of materials posted or transmitted by members or of all materials that a member may receive through this site.

  7. The Operator is not responsible for any damages arising from transactions of goods, etc., conducted between members or between a member and a third party through the service.

  8. The Operator is not responsible for any disputes between members or between a member and a third party arising without fault of the Operator.

  9. The Operator is not responsible for member damages caused by system failures that may occur, without intent or gross negligence, during management, inspection, repair, or replacement of servers or other facilities, or during software operation; system failures caused by third-party attacks; the spread of computer viruses for which countermeasures have not been developed by renowned domestic/overseas research institutions or security companies; or other force-majeure reasons beyond the Operator’s control.
